Thus, it would be quite logical to state that if you want to increase the intensity of the fat burning process in training, you must add the derivatives of transport: ENTRANCE - L-carnitine, and EXIT - Creatine!
Do not load yourself with 20 gram doses of Creatine, as in strength programs. I would recommend about 1.5-2 g in the form of a pre-workout (L-carnitine, by the way, is the same before exercise too). Large doses of Creatine can �tear your head off� and you climb on a �silovuha�, which, God forbid, will tear something (biceps, chest). The ligaments on Drying are very susceptible to injuries and you should not try your luck here - use Creatine as a �drying� supplement
